The above project uses two nos transreceiver modules ,and the circuit
communicates at 9600 kbps. 'c' codes comes with along with project

Induction loads like heavy induction motors are widely used in the
industries and suppose if all the loads are switched onat a time will
lead to heavy overloads and breaker tripp and interruption of power
supply and breakdown. such loads should be switched on sequentially
to avoid over loading and tripping.This load shedder projects is the fine
solution to such requirements the project is based on most popular 8051 microcontroller and is capable of contolling eight such loads sequentially
after a pre- programmable time delays.

Eight channel datalogger

Eight channel datalogger is designed using atmel AT89c51 Microcontroller and eight channel ADC0809 .

This logger not only shows the converted data on two line lcd in real time but also sends the data to P.C. for logging purpose.Value shown on the lcd are in ascii hex format.Similarly data sent to pc com port is also in ascii hex format ie 00h to ffh. This data logger can be used at any place where regular data monitoring is required.Further data can be viewed in graph mode or in bar mode,.if you know how to design that type of software in c, c++ or visual basic.alternatively you can see the data in hyperterminal available in all the computers provided by Microsoft.

HOTEL POWER MANAGEMENT


This is unique project designed to save electrical bills specially in hotel environment. Normally it happens that customers comes to the hotel and while going out from the hotel they often leave the lights and fan ON. Normally the customers surrender the key to the reception counter while leaving. If the reception staff could switch OFF. The power to the unoccupied rooms through there computer keyboard immediately, they can save lot of power. Similarly while handing over the key to the customers they can again switch on the power to the rented room. The project is design for four floors and eight rooms. operated through hyperterminal provided with every pc software.

Electronic Eye with event logging on PC :-This project is same as electronic eye and also logs an event of the action, Time stamp can be put on the event .by pc timer .Microcontroller sends the data through inbuilt UART through rs 232 converter./

This project is based on high sensitive IR Transmitter & Receiver having range of more than 15 feet. When you are away for your house any if anyone tries to enter the house by any means the device shouts CHOR-CHOR-CHOR-PAKDO-PAKDO-PAKDO Continuously more than 40 seconds, that is enough to chase the thief, he will run away so your house is protected. The device not only shouts but also dials out previously stored telephone number ( which you have stored) and gives you the message CHOR- CHOR- CHOR. So that you understand that something is wrong at your house, you can immediately call up your neighbor to look after your house.

Working Description of Electronic Eye with Dial-Up 1. Keep the transmitter & receiver aligned in a straight position facing each other about a distance more than 2 meter but not less than that.2. Connect the two 1.5v cells inside the bobbin of transmitter module properly.3. Connect the telephone line to telephone line input of the circuit.4. Connect the mains cord to 230v AC of your supply & switch on the supply.5. When you switch on the supply if the circuit initially plays any alarming message only press the reset switch to make the message off.6. The message will reset only after completing the total message when you have pressed the reset switch SW1.7. If the message is continuously playing after the reset switch has been pressed means that the transmitter (TX) & receiver (RX) is not properly aligned or it is being obstructed.8. Switch on the power supply if no message is played first step is to store the telephone number of the concerned person.9. To store the telephone number press the off hook switch SW2. Dial the telephone number by the keypad. 10. By doing that the green LED on the PCB will be glowing showing that the telephone number has been dialed.11. Wait for 5 to 6 seconds after dialing out the telephone number then take off the hand from the off hook switch means that your number has been stored.12. After that obstruct the beam created between infrared receiver (RX) & transmitter (TX) immediately after that you hear the alarming message (chor chor ….) through the speaker.13. At the same time it will dial out the telephone number which has been stored.14. You can hear the same alarming message through telephone line for 30 seconds. 15. The message will be stopped for 30 seconds & again after 30 seconds you can hear the same message through telephone line till no one is resetting the circuit.

HOME/ OFFICE SECURITY SYSTEM (8051 BASED)


Securiy is a matter of great concern to all of us in this world. Normally there are four types of security threat to our property. 1 )Thief, an inturder. 2)Fire, so we use fire sensor. 3)Water spilage /over flow, so we use water sensor. 4) Gas leak , we use gas sensor, whenever there is security breach from one of above or any combination of above. The project takes the following action 1) Sounds an ALARM to attract your or public attention . 2) If the reset sw is not pressed within 30 seconds the projects takes further action, 3) It makes an emergency call to deliver an emergency message stored in speech IC. 4) It will make five attempts to call you before it checks the conditions again. The project presented here is based on world’ s most powerful intel’ s mcs-51 family of microcontroller atmel at89c51.

CIRCUIT EXPLANATION: This project is based on 8051 microcontroller.(IC2) IC3 and is used as buffer. IC4 is a one time programmable(otp) chip where messages are stored. This is 21 second speech ic where total of 12 messages can be recorded on eight different locations, but total duration should not be more than 21 seconds. Recorded messages can be played back by setting the trigger pin 10 & 11 to high, making these pin low will stop the message, Setting these pin high will repeatedly replay the same message. IC5 is an audio amplifire . Audio output from speech ic(IC4) pin no 7 cout is coupled to this ic on pin no 3 through VR2 volume control and C10. Amplified output from pin no 5 drives the speaker through capacitor C14. R14 and C13 corrects the tone. .C15 and C16 couples the audio message to telephone line.

IC4 needs 3.3v operating voltage .R9 is a voltage dropping resistor, D7 is 3.3v zener diode and C7 is a filter capacitor. These components will always maintain the voltage to3.3v at pin 9,12 of IC4. capacitor C8 is a feed back capacitor.,C9 and R13 connected to pin no 7 of IC 4 are tone corrector.R12 along with the VR1 variable resistor performs the sampling rate adjustment. R10 and R11 connected to pin26 and pin 27 of the microcontroller are voltage dropping resistors. R15 and R16 connected to the base of transister Q1 and Q2 are voltage dropping resistors and drives transistors Q1 & Q2 when set to high logic by microcontroller. Q1 Drives the dial relay RL1and Q2 drives the off-hook relay.RL2........................

This projects not only displays the token number but also announce the number of the called party. Token number is displayed on three seven segment display. An emergency foot switch is provided, which can be operated by the cashier incase of looting or any other similar reason, the siren will start.An autodialer will will make an emergency call to police station or whetever telephone no has been stored.

THE DIALING OUT CONTINEWS TILL A PERSON COMES AND PRESS THE RESET SW MAKING THIS SYSTEM FOOL PROOF. YOU CAN EVEN STORE YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER. THIS PROJECT IS BASED ON 8051 MICROCONTROLLER.

OPERATION: CONNECT THE TELEPHONE LINE TO TEL IN CONNECTOR

THERE SHOULD BE 50V TO 54 VOLTS AT THE TEL CONNECTOR, CONFIRMS THE PROPER TELEPHONE CONNECTION. NOW PLUG IN THE POWER CONNECTOR TO 250V MAINS. ALL LEDS WILL BLINK.INDICATES STANDBY MODE. PRESS ON /OFF SWITCH (SW3) BLINKING WILL STOP AND PLANT ON RELAY WILL BE ON AND PLANT ON INDICATION WILL BE ON.2. PRESS SW1, OFF-HOOK RELAY WILL BECOME ON. THIS IS EQUILVALENT TO LIFTING THE HANDSET OF THE TELEPHONE. AND NOW YOU CAN STORE THE TELEPHONE NUMBER THROUGH THE DIALER KEY PAD. DIAL ANY NUMBER OTHER THAN THE LINE CONNECTED TO THIS DEVICE.IT CAN BE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE BELL ON THE CALLED NUMBER. AFTER HEARING TWO THREE BELLS.PRESS SW1 AGAIN. THIS WILL STOP REINING.EQUIVALENT TO PUTTING THE RECEIVER BACK.NOW THE DEVICE IS READY TO MONITOR THE FIRE SENSORS. ONLY TWO SENSORS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE PROJECT. OUT PUT CAN BE CONNECTED TO ANY CHANNEL TO SHOW THE DEMONSTRATION. YOU CAN BLOW BLACK SMOKE THROUGH THE SENSORS USING AGGARBATTI OR CIGERATE BLOWING. SENSITIVITY OF THE SENSORS CAN BE ADJUSTED BY TURNING THE SCREW TO SLIGHTLY CLOCKWISE . FITTED INSIDE THE SMOKE SENSOR BOTTOM SIDE YOU WILL HAVE TO OPEN THE BOTTOM PLATE OF THE SENSOR TO DO THIS SAME WAY OVERSENSIVITY WILL CAUSE FALSE ALARM ,SO TURN IT SLIGHTLY ANTICLOCKWISE. HOWEVER WE ADJUST EVERY THING BEFORE SHIPMENT. SUPPOSE YOU BLOW SMOKE THROUGH THE SMOKE SENSOR AND IT GET TRIGGERD YOU WILL HEAR SIRON SOUND AND THE RESPECTIVE LED GLOWING AND EMERGENCY LED BLINKING. IF THE RESET SW2 IS NOT PRESSED WITHIN THIRTY SECON. THE DEVICE WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION AFTER THIRTY SECOND THE PLANT RELAY WILL BE OFF AND SPRINKLE TLAY WILL BECOME ON THE DEVICE WILL DIAL UP THE TELEPHON NUMBER AND EMERGENCY MESSAGE. THIS PROCESS OF DIALING AND REPETED MESSAGE WILL CONTINUE TILL YOU RESET THE RESET (SW2)

WHENEVER SOMEONE CALLS THIS NUMBER, THAT TIME TELEPHONE LINE CARRIES ABOUT 70V RINGING SIGNAL SIGNAL IS RECTIFIED BY THE BRIDGE D5-D8 AND FILTERED BY C4, R20, AND D9 AND DRIVES AN OPTO COUPLER IC U8 MCT2E . COLLECTOR OF THE OPTOCOUPLER WILL GO LOW WHENEVER BELL RINGS. SINCE THE COLLECTOR IS CONNECTED TO P2.7 OF MICROCONTROLLER 89C51. NUMBER OF TIMES IT GOES LOW IS COUNTED BY MICROCONTROLLER. AFTER SIX TO EIGHT RINGS,P1.0 WILL GO HIGH AND SWITCH ON TRANSISTER T4 AND ENERGISE THE OFF HOOK RELAY RL1 . THE CONTECTS OF RELAY RL 1 WILL BECOME CLOSED AND THE TELEPHONE LINE WILL GET CONNECTED TO DTMF DECODER IC 8870, THROUGH C7 AND C8. RESISTANCE R8 COMES ACROSS THE TELEPHONE LINE AND THAT LOWERS THE VOLTAGE,AND THIS ULTIMATELY SENDS MESSAGES TO EXCHANGE THE USER HAS LIFTED THE HAND SET. AT THE SAME TIME ,MICROCONTROLLER PIN P3.5 WILL TRIGGER THE VOICE IC API8208 WHERE ALL THE MESSAGES ARE STORED. CALLER WILL GET THE MESSAGE”PLEASE INTER THE PASSWARD”THE DEFAULT PASSWORD IS 1-2-3-4. WHEN CALLER ENTERS THIS 4 DIGIT PASSWORD. IC 8870 DECODES THESE NUMBERS AND BINARY NUMEBRS ARE AVAILABLE AT Q1 TO Q4 ,PIN NO 11-14 OF DTMF DECODER WHENEVER NEW CODE COMES PIN NO 15( STB) OF DTMF DECODER WILL PULSE LOW, AND IS CONNECTED TO P1.1 INFORMING MICROCONTROLLER THAT CODES ARE AVAILABLE PLEASE TAKE THEM . MICROCONTROLLER WILL READS THESE CODES ONE BY ONE, THROUGH ITS LINE P1.2-P1.5. IF THE CODES MATCHES WITH THE CODES INSIDE THE MICROCONTROLLER, MICROCONTROLLER WILL SEND MESSAGE “ PLEASE ENTER CHANNEL NUMBER”. IF THE PASSWARD ENTERED IS NOT CORRECT. MICROCONTROLLER WILL READS THESE CODES ONE BY ONE, THROUGH ITS LINE P1.2-P1.5. Anyway I got this description on your site but I desire to see its' schematic diagram. How do I go about it? (Biometric attendance systems are fool proof systems. Fingerprint is one such system where a person’s finger print is used as his biometric identification. This technology can be used in schools and colleges to take attendance. Global Positioning of Robot Manipulators

The existing controllers for robot manipulators with uncertain gravitational force can globally stabilize only robot manipulators with revolute joints. The main obstacles to the global stabilization of robot manipulators with mixed revolute and prismatic joints are unboundedness of the inertia matrix and the Jacobian of the gravity vector. In this note, a class of globally stable controllers for robot manipulators with mixed revolute and prismatic joints is proposed. The global asymptotic stabilization is achieved by adding a nonlinear proportional and derivative term to the linear proportional–integral-derivative (PID) controller. By using Lyapunov's direct method, the explicit conditions on the controller parameters to ensure global asymptotic stability are obtained.

Automated Parking System

he project must have a system in which the car's driver is informed whether the parking is full or not.He is informed using LEDs(green,red).If parking is available the gate opens automatically.The counter is incremented or decremented using two devices which emit rays(one for incoming cars and the other for outgoing cars).All this must be done using microprocessor(mosty INTEL 8085).Please help me with this project.reply as early as possible.

A wireless sensor network (WSN) is made of numerous small independent sensor nodes, which consist of a battery, radio, sensors, and a minimal amount of onboard computing power and has wireless communication capabilities among sensor nodes. Application of sensor nodes is quite common in the field of Agricultural monitoring (for climate sensitive crops), structural monitoring etc. However object detection, classification and tracking using WSN is more challenging and involves sensing and recognizing an object that enters the network area by collecting signals (acoustic, magnetic etc.) and processing them not only in real time but also involving restricted power consumption constraints. The real time applications include vehicle tracking, inventory tracking inside factories, military tracking and identification of hostile intrusion vehicles, and automatic tollgate collection based on two wheelers or four wheelers.

Sensor nodes are distributed in an optimized pattern and by taking in to account the limited power sources of sensor nodes, the tracking of object or target with random movement patterns is done by an energy efficient tracking algorithm, called selective activation combined with prediction. Audio signals are used to detect and classify the objects among the known classes. Specific parameters called feature vectors are calculated from the sampled audio signals for various objects and are used to train the classifier for classifying the object to its class. The selection of appropriate classifier and feature vectors proved to be very significant for achieving high accuracy percentage in classification. Thus a highly customized version of classifier and tracking algorithm specifically suitable for WSN is achieved.

The proposed classification and tracking algorithm is implemented in matlab considering vehicles (Light and Heavy Vehicles) as targets and audio signal as signal source. The classification of the target is done along predictive tracking and the energy consumed per unit time in the sensor network is calculated. The overall response of the classifier for varied signals is also tested and accuracy percentages were determined. Thus the project forms a complete solution for implementation of intrusion detection, identification and tracking of targets using wireless sensor network technology.

Fingerprint based ignition and door lock

Motor vehicle keys have sometimes been inconviencing basically based on the following facts: -The keys can easilly be locked in the vehicle or misplaced,leading to the unattractive alternative of breaking the door in the former case or re modifying the ignition system in the latter case. -The vehicle can also be easily driven away by someone who manages to get access to the keys The fingerprint based ignition thefore provides a wonderful sollution to the above inconviniences. In the project a fingerprint scanner is supposed to used,preferably connected to a computer system via a usb.Integration should be done with a c++ program and connected to a mdel vehicle.

Here we employ the microprocessor (Intel 8085) to handle the signaling, track changing and gate operation and to monitoring the traffic. The system starts with the tracking if the train is sensed at the station side or starts with the gate operation (i.e. gate closing and opening) along with the track changing if the train is sensed at the gate side. Once the train arrival is sensed at a distance of about 3 kms the microprocessor performs the gate operation along with the track changing, the identification of the train is done at a distance of 3 kms accordingly the particular operation is performed by the processor. Depending upon the priority of the incoming train, the unengaged track is given for train halting.
